The Elite Leverage Incline Shoulder Press is easy to mount as it is upright and comfortable. The back pad is angled back at 20 degrees, stabilizing the user’s torso during presses, thus minimizing hyperextension of the lower back. Orders ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Please reference your product page for specific lead times. After shipment, items typically arrive 5-10 business days after leaving the warehouse.

FREIGHT DELIVERY
Large items ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a delivery day and time that works for you.
Standard freight delivery is curbside — the carrier brings your item to the end of your driveway on a lift gate. Moving the item inside and any assembly are not included. For heavy items, please plan to have help available, or contact us before ordering to ask about inside-delivery options.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at sales@coldironfitness.com, through our Contact page, or by phone at (419) 356-3570. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, rising to 40% where an item shows use and cannot be resold as new. Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and all parts and components they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. Returns & Refunds
Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging with all parts and components included.
Restocking Fees
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Where an item shows use and cannot be resold as new, the fee rises to 40%. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a manufacturer defect.
These are freight items, and returning one carries real cost — which is why we'd always rather you call us before ordering than work out afterwards that something doesn't fit.
How to Start a Return

Damaged or Defective Items
