Once your order ships, we'll email tracking information to the address you provided at checkout — typically within 24 hours of your order leaving the manufacturer's warehouse.
How to Track
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow your package in real time. For larger freight items, the shipping company will contact you directly to schedule delivery — watch for their call once you have tracking.
Haven't Received Tracking?
If you haven't received tracking information within four business days of ordering, get in touch and we'll look into it right away. Also worth checking your spam folder, since shipping notifications sometimes land there.
Freight Shipments
Freight carriers track differently from parcel services. Rather than live scanning at every stop, you'll typically get a delivery appointment call. If you'd like a status update at any point, just contact us and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.
