Exercise equipment, saunas and cold plunge tubs carry inherent risks. Follow all manufacturer instructions and warnings. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise, heat therapy or cold-water immersion program, particularly if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, are pregnant, or have any other medical concern.

In no case shall ColdIronFitness, our directors, officers, employees or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any products purchased through the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
