ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase.) This confirms your order has been received in our system and your card is authorized for purchase. We then confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

ORDER SHIPMENT

Orders ship directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. Please reference your product page for specific lead times. After shipment, items typically arrive 5-10 business days after leaving the warehouse.

Certain items, due to high demand and low supply, can only be placed on backorder at specific times. Please contact customer service to check current availability.

Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within four business days of your order shipping, please follow up with us at sales@coldironfitness.com, through our Contact page, or by phone at (419) 356-3570.

FREIGHT DELIVERY

Large items ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) and require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a delivery day and time that works for you.

Standard freight delivery is curbside — the carrier brings your item to the end of your driveway on a lift gate. Moving the item inside and any assembly are not included. For heavy items, please plan to have help available, or contact us before ordering to ask about inside-delivery options.

PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at sales@coldironfitness.com, through our Contact page, or by phone at (419) 356-3570. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition. A 15% restocking fee applies, rising to 40% where an item shows use and cannot be resold as new. Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and all parts and components they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. LOCAL CODES

It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require in advance.

Returns & Refunds

Most items may be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition and in their original packaging with all parts and components included.

Restocking Fees

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Where an item shows use and cannot be resold as new, the fee rises to 40%. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return results from our error or a manufacturer defect.

These are freight items, and returning one carries real cost — which is why we'd always rather you call us before ordering than work out afterwards that something doesn't fit.

How to Start a Return

Damaged or Defective Items

Inspect all packaging on arrival. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will file an insurance claim on your behalf and arrange repair or replacement at no additional cost to you.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Warranty Claims

Manufacturer warranties are handled directly by the manufacturer. Contact us and we will help you open the claim.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they ship. Once an order has shipped, standard return terms apply.

Backorder Policy

We do our best to keep every item in stock, but high-demand products occasionally sell faster than our suppliers can replenish them. Here is exactly what happens if an item you order is on backorder.

We'll Tell You Right Away

As soon as we process your order, we confirm stock with the warehouse. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will email you promptly with the expected restock timeline before anything ships.

Your Choices

When an item is backordered, you choose how to proceed:

• Wait for restock — we'll reserve your order and ship it the moment stock arrives, with tracking sent to your email.
• Swap for a comparable item — our team can recommend an in-stock alternative, and we'll adjust any price difference.
• Cancel for a full refund — no fees, no questions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
