ORDER CONFIRMATION
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. (If you do not, please contact us and a representative can send over the digital receipt of your purchase.) This confirms your order has been received in our system and your card is authorized for purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we begin processing to confirm it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out via e-mail to confirm if you'd like to keep your order or cancel for a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
ORDER SHIPMENT
Please reference your product page for specific lead times. After shipment, items typically arrive 5-10 business days after leaving the warehouse.
Certain items, due to high demand and low supply, can only be placed on backorder at specific times. Please contact customer service to check current availability.
Please contact us for rush shipping rates and options. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse, to the e-mail address you provided at checkout. If you do not receive tracking information within four business days of your order shipping, please follow up with us through our Contact page or by phone at (419) 356-3570.
Large items that ship via freight (not UPS or FedEx) require a signature upon delivery. You will receive a call from the shipping company to arrange a delivery day and time that works for you.
PRODUCT QUALITY GUARANTEE
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. If you notice any damage, contact us IMMEDIATELY. If your item(s) arrive damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos through our Contact page or by phone at (419) 356-3570. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and work with you to resolve the issue or replace your order.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Generally, most of the items we carry can be returned within 30 days of receipt in new, unopened condition; a restocking fee applies. Returned products must be sent back with their original packaging and all parts and components they came with. Please contact the manufacturer for any warranty issues. It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the product will comply with their state, county, or city codes. If you will be receiving an inspection by a county or city inspector, please ask them what they require in advance.
At ColdIronFitness we know that things happen, that's why we're happy to offer our customers our 30-Day No Hassle Returns/Exchange Policy. If a customer needs to return an item for ANY reason, they're able to do so within 30 days, just pay the return shipping & restocking fee. It's as simple as that.
All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on the product's condition upon completion of the return.
Customers must reach out to ColdIronFitness in order to arrange the return, and to obtain a return authorization number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund (we have to check to make sure the item is in good working order and there are no signs of product damage). Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three days to three weeks pending your payment method and/or your bank's policy.
Products eligible for return/exchange must be like new, undamaged, and must contain all original product packaging and accessories.
If a product exhibits visible signs of wear and use or is missing items, to the extent that ColdIronFitness will no longer be able to re-sell the product as a "new" item, the returned product will be classified as a refurbished unit and a 40% restocking fee will be applied.
Backorder Policy
We do our best to keep every item in stock, but high-demand products occasionally sell faster than our suppliers can replenish them. Here is exactly what happens if an item you order is on backorder.

As soon as we process your order, we confirm stock with the warehouse. If your item is backordered or unavailable, we will email you promptly with the expected restock timeline before anything ships.

When an item is backordered, you choose how to proceed:
- Wait for restock — we'll reserve your order and ship it the moment stock arrives, with tracking sent to your email.
- Swap for a comparable item — our team can recommend an in-stock alternative, and we'll adjust any price difference.
- Cancel for a full refund — no fees, no questions. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
